Frequently Asked Questions

ARE YOU LICENSED, INSPECTED, & INSURED?
Yes, safety is our top priority and we strictly adhere to all regulations implemented by each state we operate in. In addition, all of our staff is extensively trained and all of our equipment is personally inspected by the owners before and after each use.

HOW DO I RESERVE EQUIPMENT?
Equipment can be reserved by email or over the phone. Upon making a reservation you may be required to make a nonrefundable deposit depending on your order. Prior to your event, we can accept deposits in the form of personal checks, business checks, or cash. Your deposit will be subtracted from the total balance due upon delivery. Once the equipment is delivered to your event, you will be responsible for paying any remaining balances in full before the equipment is set up. Accepted forms of payment at the time of delivery are cash and business checks only (no personal checks).

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?
Yes, delivery is complimentary within 25 miles of zip code 03842. If the delivery location is further away, additional fees may apply. Click HERE for a detailed list of towns we deliver to free of charge. We try to be very flexible as we routinely work with large events outside of our delivery area. Please contact us for a specific quote.

WHEN WILL MY RENTAL BE DELIVERED?
Your rental will be delivered and set up the morning of your event unless otherwise specified. Some of our units require more set up time than others and in that case your delivery may be scheduled for the day before your event. Units will generally be removed the same evening your event is finished. We will confirm all delivery and pick up plans with you ahead of time.

WHAT ARE THE SPACE AND SURFACE REQUIREMENTS?
All units must be set up on a flat, un-slopped surface. All inflatable units can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, & gymnasium flooring. The surface must be relatively smooth to avoid puncturing the equipment. Our euro-bungee units can be set up on all of the above listed surface types but additionally can be set up on sand, gravel, and dirt. Every unit has slightly different space requirements and the specifications are outlined on our website under the dropdown "rates" menu.

DO ALL RENTALS UNITS REQUIRE CONSTANT POWER?
Yes, all of our equipment requires constant power. In the event there is loss of electrical power while your inflatable rental is in use, all guests must exit the unit until power is regained as the inflatable will begin to deflate. The power required is very basic; 110v, 20amp outlets. Units generally require 1-2 outlets. If you plan to host your event at a park please be aware that most parks do not provide power. In the event that power is not available at your event we have generators that you may rent for an additional cost.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can call and cancel your reservation at any time; however your deposit is nonrefundable. You can choose to use your deposit towards another rental if you wish to reschedule for a different day for up to three months.

WHAT IF INCLEMENT WEATHER IS PREDICTED?
Inclement weather can be hazardous to our customers, our staff, and our equipment. If it is raining the morning of your scheduled delivery, or if there are winds greater than 14mph, we will not begin deliveries until the rain has stopped and the winds have died down. If severe weather conditions are predicted for the day of your rental, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In the event that we cancle your reservation, you will be notified and your deposit will be 100% refunded. We do our absolute best to work around any and all inclement weather situations but we must emphasize that some situations are beyond our control.

WHAT IF INCLEMENT WEATHER OCCURS AFTER MY UNIT IS DELIVERED?
Bad weather can unexpectedly arrive in the form of rain, lightning, or strong winds. If you do receive your rental and severe weather occurs, there are no discounts or refunds available. Once the rental is set up you are responsible for the full amount of the rental. If bad weather occurs during your rental time, you must quickly evacuate the unit and then turn off the power.
